Per discussion with Cat, this invoice can be paid in several installments, with an initial minimum payment of $3,000.
This invoice represents the final 25% amount of the project total, plus the charge for the additional features (details below)
Tech Stack: PHP (will leverage WordPress as much as possible due to high scalability, availability of resources for future development, and speed to launch)
Assumptions:

- Eventbrite (3rd party Solution) will be used for Events Creation & Management.
- There will be no online events/webinars on the website. All will be handled offline i.e. outside the website.
- For Phase I: Logged in user will be able to view his/her profile and events created by admin, as well as other users' profiles.
- Client shall provide the domain / hosting details, or we can provide for approximately $30-$40/month on Amazon AWS.
- Client shall provide the PSDs/Sketch (Source files) of the final designs. Including mobile/responsive designs.
- The designs should be shared as per 1920 px screen resolution for full web.
- Video added to the site will be embedded and hosted on 3rd party video site, ie YouTube or Vimeo.
3rd party plugins may cost on an annual basis, best efforts will be made to leverage only free-to-use plugins, however, any related costs will be approved by client.
