Per pricing of "Latest Mad Science feature requests" email sent February 2, 2021. Features include:

• Merge email invitation and event page - display all event parameters in the email as well as on the event page.
• View all invitees and RSVP info (numbers, names) on the Event Invitees page - for hosts (parents) and franchisees, with total/tally at the top/bottom of the list.
• Ability to add more than 4 email templates - add a dynamic area whereby all email templates (unlimited number) would be visible, with ability to scroll through 4 at a time. NOTE: Client shall create their own templates using variables provided for dynamic content.
• UX improvements to the "Add Event" page, including image removal and consolidating/moving around fields. This includes splitting up the "Co-Host" and "Invitees" sections, and placing the invitees at the bottom of the event form.
• "Preview" option - provide the user an option to preview the event page before submitting/publishing it. User creates event, adds invitees, and published. Invites are not sent until the user clicks on "SEND INVITES" button. So changes can be made prior to going "public" with the invite. Changes can be made before or after invites are sent, including adding new invitees.
• Improve the "Adding Guest" user experience - adding "+" button
• Remove the "notifications" page for Franchisee, as this information is redundant.
• Franchisee can only create a "draft" event - once the draft is created, the event host takes over and completes the steps to publish the event.
• [DEFERRED TO PHASE II, NOT BEING BILLED] SMS integration - invites can be sent by either email or SMS
• Remove ability for parent to unlink themselves from a Franchisee. Request from Mad Science to disallow parents from unlinking themselves from franchisees. With this, only the Franchise or Mad Science Admin can unlink parents from franchisees.
• Email is sent to Franchisee when an event is created liked to them?
• Master leads export with location for Super Admin (Mad Science Admin) and a Franchisee-linked leads export for Franchisees? Export also includes opt-in status.
• Edits to existing reports for Mad Science admin (includes):
• - new columns on "view leads" report to see who Franchisee is, zip code, and if opted in to marketing
• - new columns on "# Mad Science events linked to each Franchisee" report for number of invites per franchisee, total # of guests attending per event, and # total "YES" RSVPs (with % of YES responses)
• - new report on frequency of each template used
• - new report showing location of marketing opt-ins (location based on franchisee)
• New RSVP experience for invitees to RSVP with # parents attending, # kids/names and birthdays of kids attending
• New secondary (sidebar) navigation inside the logged in pages. Includes new breadcrumbs navigation - to be presented to client.
